What is Invisalign?

Invisalign is a system that uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gradually straighten teeth. Each aligner is worn for a couple of weeks, with each subsequent set moving the teeth slightly closer to their desired position.

Why choose Invisalign?

Invisalign, an increasingly popular choice among adults and teenagers, offers a discreet, minimally invasive, and highly effective method for transforming your smile. Unlike traditional braces with metal brackets and wires, Invisalign’s comfortable aligners gradually move your teeth into their desired positions. Simply wear each aligner for 20-22 hours daily, allowing the gentle forces to work their magic. Invisalign seamlessly integrates into your lifestyle, requiring no changes to your diet or routine as the aligners can be removed for eating, drinking, and brushing.

Invisalign’s innovative clear aligners are practically invisible when worn, providing a confidence boost even during treatment. Keep your orthodontic journey private until you reveal your beautifully straight teeth and newfound smile to the world!

Benefits of Invisalign

Invisalign Black

  • Virtually invisible – Invisalign aligners are made of clear plastic and are barely noticeable when worn. This makes them a great option for adults and teens who are self-conscious about their appearance during orthodontic treatment.
  • Removable – the clear aligners are completely removable, allowing you to eat and drink whatever you choose. You can also brush your teeth as normal, easily maintaining your excellent oral hygiene.
  • Comfortable – Invisalign aligners are made of smooth plastic and are custom-fitted to your teeth, making them more comfortable to wear than traditional braces.
  • Improved oral hygiene – because Invisalign aligners are removable, it’s easier to brush and floss your teeth properly during treatment. This can help to prevent cavities and gum disease.
  • Effective – Invisalign is a gradual and gentle treatment, slowly moving the positions of your teeth. It can be used on a range of issues, including misalignment, gaps, and overcrowding.
  • Innovative – Invisalign uses the latest digital technology in every step, from the 3D scanning used to capture accurate images of your teeth to the SmartTrack material engineered to straighten teeth with maximum comfort.

How does Invisalign work?

Invisalign uses a series of clear, custom-made aligners to gently move your teeth into new positions to transform your smile.

Initial Consultation

At your initial appointment, we will examine your teeth and take 3D scans and images to ensure your aligners have a precise and accurate fit. We can even use the latest digital technology to show you a preview of how your smile will look following treatment!

ClinCheck & Treatment Plan

The scans and images taken of your teeth are used to create your bespoke treatment plan. Using innovative ClinCheck software, we can show you step by step how your teeth will move position as you wear your aligners.

Gradual Straightening

You will need to wear each aligner in the series for 2 weeks before moving on to the next one. As you wear each aligner in the series, your teeth move little by little until your new dream smile is created. The aligners control the amount and timing of movement based on your bespoke treatment plan, ensuring that each stage of treatment goes smoothly.

Smile with confidence!

Once you have worn your last aligner, treatment is complete, and you can get ready to show off your new straight smile! We will give you a final retainer to keep your teeth in their new positions for the long term.

Why do so many people choose Invisalign?

Invisalign has become the preferred straightening system for millions worldwide due to its convenience, effectiveness, and user-friendly nature. Unlike traditional metal braces, Invisalign’s clear aligners offer a discreet and cosmetic approach to orthodontic treatment, alleviating concerns about self-consciousness. Designed to seamlessly integrate into daily life, Invisalign aligners require minimal adjustments to diet or brushing routines.
